Triggers, agents, publishing, on one canvas

Drag nodes onto a canvas, connect them, hit save. Citeme listens for the trigger, runs the agents, waits for your approval when it matters, and publishes through your integrations, with a full execution log.

011

Triggers that matter

Every workflow starts with exactly one trigger, and that trigger decides when the whole chain runs. Manual start is for testing and one-off operations. The scheduled trigger runs on a cron expression, so 0 9 1 * * means the first of the month at nine. Audit events are the heart of recovery workflows: audit finished, which can filter on a condition such as five or more new prompts, score dropped with a configurable threshold like a fall of more than 10 percent, competitor cited, citation lost, citation won. Beacon events react to AI crawler traffic: a bot visiting your site, a spike well above the usual average, or a first visit to a given page. Content events cover a page whose content changed and a sitemap with new URLs. CMS events react to a Webflow publish or a WordPress post going live, with Shopify product updates still to come. The incoming webhook generates a URL any external system can call, and the request body becomes the trigger payload, reusable by every node downstream.

022

Five AI agents as nodes

Drop Theo, Marcus, Sophia, Brian or Élodie into the flow. Each is a specialized node with its own job and its own permissions.

033

Human approval gates

The human validation node pauses the run and emails an approval request. The execution sits in waiting for validation, consumes nothing while it waits, and resumes the moment someone clicks approve; a rejection stops the workflow. Pending requests collect in the approvals inbox of the Actions tab, and you decide from the dashboard or straight from the email. Auto-publish does not remove that control, it automates it. Three deterministic guardrails run just before every publication, with no AI and no network call, so identical input always gives an identical verdict. The schema guardrail checks that injected JSON-LD parses and carries an @type attribute. The minimum content guardrail rejects a body under a length floor, 200 characters by default and configurable, which catches truncated or empty output. The security guardrail blocks prompt injection markers and obvious secrets: an OpenAI key, an AWS key, a private key block, a card number. If one guardrail fails, nothing is published and the run switches to a validation request carrying the exact reason.

044

Logic & loops

Logic nodes produce no content, they orchestrate the run, and they are free. The if/else node branches on a condition written against a previous node output, for instance a score below 60 going into correction while anything higher ends the flow, and only the matching branch executes. Two nodes handle waiting, and the difference matters. Wait a few seconds is capped at 60 seconds, for small offsets between two steps. Wait until a date accepts a date in plain language, in two days, Monday at nine, end of month, and puts the execution into the sleeping state, where it consumes nothing until the platform wakes it. For anything longer than 60 seconds it is always the second node you want. The for-each loop repeats the nodes connected to it for every item in a list, each page flagged by an audit for example, with the current item available as a variable. The number of iterations is capped to prevent infinite runs, and a quota widget shows what your executions have consumed.

Publish anywhere

WordPress, Webflow, soon Shopify, plus Slack, email and in-app notifications. Drafts or live, your call.

066

Ready-made templates

Citation win-back, score recovery, competitor counter-attack, 3×/week auto-blog, monthly site fix-up, PDF report. Start in 30 seconds.

Example workflow

Citation win-back, fully automated

A real workflow you can start from a template. The trigger fires the moment ChatGPT stops citing you on a key prompt. Theo reads the audit and finds the gap, Sophia rewrites the page with citable facts, Élodie validates the brand voice, and it ships to WordPress with fresh JSON-LD.

You set it once. From then on, every lost citation triggers its own reconquest, with a human approval step if you want one, and a log of every run.

  • Trigger, a citation is lost
  • Theo, analyzes the audit, finds the gap
  • Sophia, rewrites the page, citable facts
  • Élodie, validates voice, tone and guidelines
  • Publish, WordPress draft + JSON-LD + sitemap

Good to know

Only if you let it. Add an approval node and it pauses for your sign-off; remove it and it runs end-to-end. You control exactly where humans stay in the loop.
