Terms of sale

Purpose

These terms govern subscriptions to the Citeme platform, a SaaS service for auditing, optimizing and monitoring visibility in generative AI engines, published by Mekaa SAS, 229 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France (VAT: FR87948144373).

Plans and pricing

Citeme comes in three plans: Starter (€24 excl. tax/month), Pro (€49 excl. tax/month) and Expert (custom, from €299 excl. tax/month). Billing is monthly or yearly via Stripe. Every plan includes a 7-day free trial, no credit card required.

Cancellation

Subscriptions are commitment-free: you can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, without pro-rated refund.

Service level

Citeme commits to providing a service that is available and consistent with its documentation. Audit results depend on third-party AI engines, which are non-deterministic by nature: no specific positioning in their answers can be guaranteed.

Liability

Mekaa's liability is limited to the amounts paid over the last 12 months. Mekaa cannot be held responsible for content published by the user through integrations (WordPress, Webflow, etc.).

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
