A traveller who asks an assistant where to stay gets a few names, not a results page. Our team tracks those questions market by market and in each language, works on the reviews and press engines read, and shows which rival properties get named instead.

- Tracked in each market and language
- Reviews and press, read as authority
- Rival properties measured on the same prompts

## Same question, another country, a different shortlist.

An engine does not answer the same way depending on the language and country of the question. A hotel recommended in French to a couple from Lyon can be missing from the English answer a London couple reads for the same weekend.

## Every market, every engine, one view of your brand.

### Prompts per market

Track the same questions in France, the US, the UK, Germany, Spain, Italy, Canada or Global. Engines answer differently by country and language, so each market is measured on its own.

### Your place in the shortlist

Each answer is read three ways: mention through NLP, sentiment, and your position when the model lists several places. Being named first weighs far more than a closing aside.

### The pages engines cite

Each audit reports the citations and sources behind every answer, engine by engine, so you see whether they lean on your pages, a rival's or a third-party guide.

### Reviews and press, scored

Reputation keeps the best average rating found across the review platforms checked, with the number of reviews behind it, and detects press mentions automatically, with suggestions of media worth targeting.

### Rival properties, same prompts

Add a competitor by URL and Citeme audits it like you: same prompts, engines and region. Lose first place on a query and an alert names the property that displaced you.

### Conversions, with their value

Visitors from an AI answer are followed to the conversion on your site and its value, over a 30-day window, with a live world map of those visits.

## The same question, asked in every market.

### Every market, every run

Pick the markets your guests come from: France, the US, the UK, Germany, Spain, Italy, Canada or Global. Audits run weekly or daily, and every run keeps its market, so the history reads country by country.

### Read each engine's shortlist

Per question, open what every model answered: your position in the list, the sentiment attached to you, the names cited alongside you and the excerpt that shows how the model describes you.

### Authority, from reviews to press

Brand Authority scores eight signals. Reputation reads reviews, press and forums; multi-platform presence counts where your brand is detected, from Wikidata to review platforms. Seven signals explain why an engine trusts you; AI visibility shows whether it already does.

### What AI visitors are worth

The landing page, the most likely prompt, the conversion on your site and its amount, over a 30-day window. Estimates stay labelled as estimates; connect HubSpot, GoHighLevel or Attio and won deals come back as verified revenue.

## FAQ

### Do you connect to our booking engine, PMS or OTA listings?

No. Citeme has no booking-engine, PMS or OTA connector. It measures the AI answers, your authority signals and the visits that come from an AI. Once the tracking script is on your site, conversions recorded there carry their value over a 30-day window; if group or event requests run through HubSpot, GoHighLevel or Attio, won deals come back as CRM verified revenue.

### Why track the same question in several countries?

Because an engine does not answer the same way depending on the language and country of the question: being cited in English in the US guarantees nothing for the same query asked in French. Prompts run per market, France, the US, the UK, Germany, Spain, Italy, Canada or Global, and every run keeps its market, so the history reads market by market.

### Which pages do the engines cite when they recommend us?

Each audit reports the citations and sources behind every answer, engine by engine. Per question you can open each model's raw answer: your position, the names cited alongside you, the sentiment and the excerpts that describe you. When a domain you were not tracking starts being cited on queries in your sector, a new opportunity alert flags it.

### Can we compare ourselves with rival hotels?

Yes. Add a competitor by URL and Citeme audits it like it audits you: same crawl, same prompts, same engines, same region. You see the GEO podium, each rival's Share of Model per engine with a 30, 60 and 90-day trend, and an alert naming the rival that displaced you when you lose first position on a query.

### Why do reviews and press weigh on AI answers?

An assistant recommending a place takes a risk every time it names one, and it reduces that risk by preferring brands it can verify. Reviews, press and a coherent presence across platforms are that verification. Authority is built outside your site, over months, which is why Brand Authority scores it separately from your content.

### Does your team work in our language?

Citeme is based in Paris and the team works in French and English. The platform measures answers in each market you track, from France to Canada, so a German or Spanish answer is measured separately from the French one.
