Run every client brand from one workspace, with its own competitors, markets and scheduled audits. When a client needs execution, our team can run the engagement directly: scoped and quoted individually, with no white-label.

## Your client asked ChatGPT. A rankings report cannot answer.

A Google position does not tell you whether an AI answer cites a brand. A one-off test on ChatGPT alone proves nothing either: answers change from one run to the next and from one engine to the next. Answering the client means measuring every brand on the same prompts, engines and markets, week after week.

## Many brands, one way of working.

### One project per client

A project is a domain, its tracked prompts and its GEO Score history. Give each client brand its own, tracked in the markets it sells in, from France to Canada.

### Publishing with sign-off

Nova, the Citeme assistant, drafts the fix and publishes it to WordPress or Webflow once someone approves. The request arrives by email, and three deterministic guardrails check schema, length and secrets before anything goes live.

### Audits on a schedule

Scheduled audits run weekly or daily in the background, so you hear about a gap before it becomes a trend. Every run is kept, so a movement ties back to what you shipped.

### Unlimited users, four roles

Team users are unlimited. An Editor launches audits that use stored keys without ever seeing them; a Reader can do neither. Every access to a secret is logged, kept twelve months.

### Automate over MCP and API

Fourteen MCP tools put each project's audits, citations and visibility inside ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or n8n. The REST API pulls a project's audits into your own reporting.

### Revenue the CRM confirms

Connect a client's HubSpot, GoHighLevel or Attio and won deals come back as CRM verified revenue, per currency, with AI-sourced leads tagged. On Stripe, a verified AI MRR counts only charging subscriptions.

## From the benchmark to the client report.

### Benchmark each client's rivals

Add a client's competitors by URL and Citeme audits them like the client: same crawl, same prompts, same engines and region. The structural scan shows the JSON-LD, headings and structured data buying their visibility, then compares scores query by query.

### Hear about it first

When a client loses first place on a query, the alert names who displaced it; an untracked domain cited in the sector raises its own. Both arrive by email, on the dashboard and in Slack.

### Ship with a sign-off

Upload brand guidelines once and Nova follows them on every draft. Each fix waits for approval, sent by email: nothing reaches WordPress or Webflow until someone on your team signs it off.

### Hand the client a report

Reports export whenever you need them, and automated reports run monthly or weekly depending on your plan. For your own dashboards, a GET on a project's audits returns the full history: score, status, region and date.

## FAQ

### Is there a reseller rate, a white-label or an agency discount?

No. There is no reseller rate, no white-label and no agency discount: the platform costs the same for everyone, and it cannot be rebranded as your own. The done-for-you engagement, where Citeme's own team runs the work, is scoped and quoted individually.

### How does pricing work with several clients?

Each client brand is a project. Plans start at $69 excl. VAT a month, after a 7-day trial for $1. The number of projects, competitors per project and markets grows with the plan, as do features such as fixes published by Nova, the MCP server and the API. Team users are unlimited on every plan.

### How many competitors can each client track?

Competitor domains per project are capped, and the cap grows with the plan, so pick the rivals the client would actually defend a budget against. Each one is crawled and scored on the same prompts, engines and region as the client, so the comparison stays fair.

### Who on the team can see a client's keys?

No role reads a key in clear. Owner and Admin see the last four characters and can replace a key; an Editor can launch audits that use keys but never see, modify or export them; a Reader can do neither. Keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and every access is logged, immutable, for twelve months.

### Can we post to our clients' social accounts?

Not on their behalf: none of the three social connectors is built for a brand account you manage for someone else. LinkedIn publishes to a personal profile over OAuth, not to a company page, and its token must be renewed every sixty days. X needs read and write permissions on a paid API tier. Medium only creates drafts.

### How is GEO different from the SEO we already sell?

SEO optimizes for rankings in a list of blue links; GEO optimizes for being the source an AI cites inside a single answer. The two overlap on technical foundations, since generative engines rely on traditional indexes to find their sources, but the report changes: Share of Model, how accurately the brand is described, and which competitor is named when it is absent.
