---

The best GEO platform for an agency managing multiple clients depends on how many clients you run and what you have to show them. Going by public pricing pages read on 4 November 2026: Peec AI's agency plans suit agencies with 3 to 25 clients that want a shared prompt pool and pitch projects. Otterly.AI is the cheapest way to get unlimited client workspaces. Three publish a white-label option: SE Ranking (Agency Pack), Rankscale (Growth plan) and Otterly.AI (reports for Agency Partners). Citeme, which is our product, fits agencies that need to prove revenue to the client and ship fixes, with 10 brands on one $349 plan and no white-label.

**In short**: compare tools on what one more client costs you, how clients are kept apart, what the report looks like, and which engines are tracked. A list of plan prices hides the per-client cost, and that number decides your margin.

## What should an agency look for in a GEO platform?

An agency buys a GEO tool differently from a brand. A brand needs one project tracked well. An agency needs ten or twenty projects that each stay separate, cost little, and turn into a report a client will read. Six criteria cover most of it.

### 1\. Cost per client brand

This is the number to compute first. Some tools price per workspace, so every new client adds a fixed fee. Others sell a pool of prompts or credits that you split across clients, so a new client costs nothing until the pool runs out. Divide the plan price by the number of brands it allows, then check how many prompts each brand gets at that split.

### 2\. Isolation of projects and access

Each client should have its own project: its own domain, competitors, prompts and history. Access matters as much. A junior on your team should be able to run reports without seeing a client's API keys, and a client should see their own dashboard and nobody else's.

### 3\. Reports, exports and API

Clients rarely log in. They read the monthly report. Check whether the tool sends scheduled reports, exports CSV, connects to Looker Studio, or exposes an API you can feed into your own dashboards. An API also lets you merge GEO data with the SEO and paid data you already report on.

### 4\. Engine coverage

ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Gemini are the common base. Claude, Copilot, AI Mode, Grok and others are often extra, sometimes priced per engine. Check what is included at the entry price, not in the top tier.

### 5\. Proof of ROI for the client

A visibility score does not renew a retainer on its own. The client wants to know whether AI answers sent visits, leads and revenue. Few tools connect AI visibility to the client's analytics or CRM, so check this one carefully.

### 6\. White-label

White-label means the dashboards or reports your client sees carry your agency's brand, not the tool's. We use that one term below for every tool, whatever the vendor calls it. For some agencies this is a must, because the tool is part of what they resell. For others it does not matter, because the report goes out as a PDF or slide deck with their own logo anyway.

> **In short**: start with cost per client and project isolation, then check reports and engines. Treat white-label as a must only if you resell the tool's interface itself.

## How do the main GEO tools compare for agencies?

The table below comes from each vendor's public pricing or agency page, read on 4 November 2026. We did not test these tools. Where a page does not state something, we wrote "not published". Prices are monthly billing unless noted, excluding tax.

| Tool | Entry price for agencies | Brands at that price | Cost of one more client | White-label | Engines at entry |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Citeme (our product) | $149 (Growth), $349 (Pro) | 3 on Growth, 10 on Pro | $0 up to the plan cap, then next plan | No | 4: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini (+$25 per extra engine) |
| Peec AI (agency plans) | $245 (Essential) | 3 projects | $0 up to the plan cap, then next plan | Not published | 6: ChatGPT, AI Mode, AI Overviews, Copilot, Gemini, Naver AI |
| Profound (Agency Growth) | Base fee not published | Per client workspace | $399 per client workspace (Profound announcement, 11 November 2025) | Not published | 3: ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews |
| Otterly.AI | $189 (Standard) | Unlimited workspaces | $0, prompts are the limit | Yes, Agency Partners only: Looker Studio reports with your branding | 4: ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Perplexity, Copilot |
| Scrunch | $300 (Starter), agency pricing not published | Not published | Not published | Not published | ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, AI Mode, AI Overviews, Meta |
| Rankscale | $84 shown ($99 list) on Pro | 10 brand dashboards | Extra brand slots, price not published | Yes, Growth ($327) and up: white-labeled dashboard links | "17+", not named |
| SE Ranking | €109 (Core), €87.20 annual | 10 projects | $0 up to 10, then Growth (30) | Yes, Agency Pack: +€59/mo, annual billing only | 5 (not named), 25 prompts daily |

SE Ranking showed prices in euros only when we read the page, so we kept euros rather than convert.

The second table covers the other three criteria: how clients are kept apart, what you can hand them, and what you can pull out by API. Same sources, same date.

| Tool | Client isolation and access | Reports and exports | API |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Citeme (our product) | One project per client brand; unlimited users with four roles (Owner, Admin, Editor, Reader) | Exports at any time; automated reports monthly or weekly depending on the plan | REST API and MCP server (14 tools) on Pro |
| Peec AI (agency plans) | One project per client; role-based permissions, company-wide or per project, full or read-only; unlimited team and client users | Shareable view-only dashboard, Data Studio dashboards, automated client reporting, CSV exports | API and MCP listed; plan level not stated |
| Profound (Agency Growth) | One workspace per client; 5 seats (announcement, 11 November 2025) | Not published | Not published |
| Otterly.AI | Unlimited workspaces; "separate environments for every client" for Agency Partners; unlimited team members; roles not published | Reports and export, Data Studio connector | 2,000 API requests a month on Standard, 5,000 on Premium |
| Scrunch | All brands in one workspace; role-based permissions; brand-specific Guest access for clients | Reports shared through tools such as Looker Studio | Data API |
| Rankscale | One dashboard per brand; unlimited seats; roles not published | CSV and Sheets exports, shareable dashboard links | MCP on Pro; REST API from Pro+ |
| SE Ranking | One project per client; 1 manager seat on Core, 3 on Growth; 30 client seats with the Agency Pack | Report builder and data exports; scheduled reports with the Agency Pack | 25,000 API credits a month on Core, plus MCP access |

> **In short**: pooled plans (Peec, Otterly, Rankscale, SE Ranking, Citeme) make an extra client free until a cap. Per-workspace pricing (Profound) makes every client a fixed $399, at the price Profound announced in November 2025. Three tools publish a white-label option: SE Ranking, Rankscale and Otterly.AI for Agency Partners.

## What does each tool offer an agency?

### Peec AI

Peec has a separate agency pricing page with three self-serve tiers. Essential is $245 a month for 3 projects and 10,000 credits. Growth is $495 for 10 projects and 25,000 credits. Scale is $795 for 25 projects and 65,000 credits. The page loads these prices through its pricing widget and shows them in euros to European visitors (€205, €425 and €675). Its FAQ says all plans save about 15% on annual billing.

Credits work as a pool. One prompt on one model for one day costs one credit, and each project needs at least 900 credits (10 prompts on 3 models). At 3 models, Essential covers 111 daily prompts, Growth 277 and Scale 722. Every tier includes unlimited team and client users, consolidated billing and free pitch projects for prospects (3, 5 and 7). Perplexity and Claude appear only from Scale. The page lists role-based permissions (company-wide or per project, full or read-only), a shareable dashboard, Data Studio dashboards, CSV exports and an API. It does not mention white-label.

### Profound

Profound's pricing page shows a 7-day trial plan and a custom Enterprise plan, plus an "Agency Growth" plan mentioned in the FAQ. The only agency prices we found are in Profound's own announcement, published on 11 November 2025: each client workspace is a $399 monthly add-on with 100 prompts, and the plan includes 10 pitch workspaces a month and 5 seats. The current pricing page does not repeat that figure, so treat $399 as the November 2025 price and confirm it with Profound. Engines in that post are ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. The base fee and white-label are not published. Profound fits agencies whose clients are large enough to absorb a fixed $399 per brand.

### Otterly.AI

Otterly's Standard plan costs $189 a month and Premium $489, with unlimited workspaces on both. Standard includes 100 prompts, Premium 400. Agency Partner status raises that to 150 and 500 prompts and adds pitch workspaces, single billing and custom Looker Studio reports with your branding. The base engines are ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Copilot. AI Mode and Gemini cost $59 each per month on Standard, and Claude $109. Standard includes 2,000 API requests a month and Premium 5,000, with a Data Studio connector on both. The page does not say whether prompts are counted per workspace or across the account; we read them as a plan total.

### Scrunch

Scrunch's public plans are Starter at $300 a month (350 custom prompts, 3 users) and Growth at $500 (700 prompts, 5 users), with 17% off on annual billing. Its agency page describes one workspace for all clients, role-based access, Guest access for clients and Data API access through the Agency Partner Program. Agency pricing is "special" and not published, and neither is the number of brands per plan. That makes the cost per client impossible to compute from public pages.

### Rankscale

Rankscale is the cheapest per brand on paper. Pro shows $84 a month (against a $99 list price) for 10 brand dashboards and 1,200 credits, or up to 4,800 AI answers a month. Pro+ shows $195 for 25 brands, and Growth $327 for 50 brands. White-labeled dashboard links start on Growth. Every plan has unlimited seats and CSV and Sheets exports. Pro includes MCP access, and the REST API starts on Pro+. The page lists "17+" engines without naming them, and does not say whether the discounted prices require annual billing.

### SE Ranking

SE Ranking is an SEO suite with AI visibility built in. Core (€109 a month, or €87.20 on annual billing) includes 10 projects and 25 daily prompts across 5 AI engines. More prompts come with an AI visibility add-on from €64 a month (75, 200 or 1,000 prompts). The Agency Pack adds white-label for the platform and reports, plus 30 client seats, for €59 a month on annual billing only. Core also includes one manager seat and 25,000 API credits a month. It suits SEO agencies that want GEO inside the tool they already resell. At 25 included prompts for 10 projects, the AI tracking is thin without the add-on.

### Citeme (our product)

Citeme is our product, so read this part knowing that. Each client brand is a project. Growth costs $149 a month for 3 brands and 125 daily prompts. Pro costs $349 for 10 brands and 300 daily prompts, which comes to about $35 per brand and 30 prompts each. Both track ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Gemini, and any extra engine is $25 a month. Users are unlimited on every plan.

![Citeme prompt tracking table with visibility, average position, citing AI engines, markets, trend and last run for each prompt](https://cdn.sanity.io/images/xc5dg2px/production/c6bafa784558c75f5ec6dafd88efd06a8540025c-2880x2048.webp)

_Inside one brand project, each tracked prompt shows its visibility, average position, the engines that cite it and the date of its last run._

What Citeme does not have: no white-label, no reseller rate and no agency discount. The interface cannot carry your brand. If white-label is a requirement, pick another tool from this list.

What it adds for an agency:

- Four roles (Owner, Admin, Editor, Reader). Keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, an Editor can run audits without seeing them, and every access to a key is logged, immutably, for 12 months.
- An MCP server with 14 tools and a REST API on Pro, so you can build your own client reports in ChatGPT, Claude, n8n or your dashboards.
- [AI Impact](https://www.citeme.io/features/ai-impact), which connects the client's HubSpot, GoHighLevel or Attio and reports won deals from AI-sourced visits. On Stripe, it reports a verified AI MRR.
- Nova, an agent that drafts fixes and publishes them to WordPress, Webflow, Shopify or GitHub after someone on your team approves.
- Automated reports, weekly on Pro, and exports at any time.

The details for agencies are on the [Citeme agencies page](https://www.citeme.io/solutions/agencies), and the plans on [pricing](https://www.citeme.io/pricing).

> **In short**: Peec and Otterly are built around agency workflows with pitch workspaces; SE Ranking, Rankscale and Otterly (for Agency Partners) publish a white-label option; Profound charges per client; Citeme trades white-label for revenue attribution and published fixes.

## What does it cost to run 5, 10 or 20 clients?

We took each tool's published prices (monthly billing, excluding tax, read on 4 November 2026), picked the cheapest plan that holds the number of brands, and divided. Prompts per client assume an even split. Engine add-ons are not included.

| Tool | 5 clients | 10 clients | 20 clients |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Citeme (our product) | Pro $349, $69.80 per client, 60 prompts each | Pro $349, $34.90 per client, 30 prompts each | Enterprise, on quote |
| Peec AI agency | Growth $495, $99 per client, about 55 prompts each | Growth $495, $49.50 per client, about 28 prompts each | Scale $795, $39.75 per client, about 36 prompts each |
| Profound (November 2025 price) | 5 × $399 = $1,995 plus base fee | 10 × $399 = $3,990 plus base fee | 20 × $399 = $7,980 plus base fee |
| Otterly.AI | Standard $189, $37.80 per client, 20 prompts each | Premium $489, $48.90 per client, 40 prompts each | Premium $489, $24.45 per client, 20 prompts each |
| Rankscale | Pro $84 shown, $16.80 per client | Pro $84 shown, $8.40 per client | Pro+ $195 shown, $9.75 per client |
| SE Ranking | Core €109 + AI add-on from €64 = from €173 | Core €109 + AI add-on from €64 = from €173 | Growth €235 + AI add-on from €64 = from €299 |
| Scrunch | Not computable (brands per plan not published) | Not computable | Not computable |

How to read it, tool by tool:

- Citeme at 5 clients: Growth holds only 3 brands, so Pro is the cheapest fit. $349 ÷ 5 = $69.80, and 300 prompts ÷ 5 = 60.
- Peec at 20 clients: Growth caps at 10 projects, so Scale applies. $795 ÷ 20 = $39.75, and 722 ÷ 20 ≈ 36 prompts.
- Otterly at 10 clients: Standard's 100 prompts give only 10 each, so we moved to Premium to keep a usable 40. Agency Partner status would add 50 prompts on Standard and 100 on Premium.
- Rankscale counts credits rather than prompts. Pro's 4,800 monthly answers split across 10 brands is 480 answers each per month.

If you need white-label, two lines change. Rankscale moves to Growth ($327, $16.35 per client at 20 clients). SE Ranking adds the €59 Agency Pack, on annual billing.

Price per client is only half the comparison. Ten clients at 10 prompts each will not tell you much about any of them. A useful floor is 25 to 50 prompts per client, enough to cover the category questions, the comparisons and the brand questions a buyer asks.

![Bar chart of the price per tracked prompt across Citeme, Peec, Meteoria, Otterly and Profound plans, from $1.16 to $3.99](https://cdn.sanity.io/images/xc5dg2px/production/5b5d87dedd465bc5d1fe6fe6040f585b20e53fff-2448x1786.png)

_Our chart of what one tracked prompt costs per plan, from public prices checked on 27 October 2026: $1.16 on Citeme Pro, $3.99 on Profound Growth._

> **In short**: at 10 clients, the published prices range from $8.40 per client (Rankscale) to $399 per client plus a base fee (Profound). Check the prompts each client gets at that split before you compare prices.

## Which GEO platform fits which agency?

- SEO agency adding GEO to an existing retainer, white-label required: SE Ranking, since GEO lives in the suite you already resell. Budget for the AI visibility add-on.
- Many small clients, tight budget: Rankscale or Otterly. Rankscale has the lowest price per brand; Otterly has unlimited workspaces and, for Agency Partners, white-label Looker Studio reports.
- Boutique GEO agency, 3 to 25 clients, many pitches: Peec AI's agency plans, with a shared credit pool and free pitch projects.
- Enterprise clients with their own budget per brand: Profound, if a fixed $399 per client workspace (its November 2025 price) fits the retainer.
- Agency paid on results, which has to show revenue and ship the work: Citeme, our product. Connect the client's CRM to [AI Impact](https://www.citeme.io/features/ai-impact), let Nova publish approved fixes, and pull data through the [MCP server](https://www.citeme.io/features/mcp). No white-label.

For one-to-one detail, see our comparisons with [Peec AI](https://www.citeme.io/vs/peec) and [Otterly](https://www.citeme.io/vs/otterly).

> **In short**: pick the tool that matches what your client pays you for. Reporting-only retainers favor low cost per brand and white-label; results-based retainers favor revenue attribution and execution.

## FAQ

### Which GEO tools offer white-label reports for agencies?

Three tools publish a white-label option. On 4 November 2026, SE Ranking listed white-label for the platform and reports in its Agency Pack (+€59 a month, annual billing). Rankscale listed white-labeled dashboard links from its Growth plan ($327 shown). Otterly.AI offers Looker Studio reports with your branding to Agency Partners. Peec AI, Profound and Scrunch do not publish a white-label option. Citeme has none.

### How much does a GEO tool cost per client?

At 10 clients, published monthly prices work out to about $8.40 per client on Rankscale Pro, $34.90 on Citeme Pro, $48.90 on Otterly Premium and $49.50 on Peec AI Growth. Profound announced $399 per client workspace in November 2025, plus a base fee that is not published. Always check the prompts each client gets at that split.

### How many prompts should an agency track per client?

Plan for 25 to 50 prompts per client. That covers the category questions ("best X for Y"), the comparisons with named competitors and the questions about the brand itself. With fewer, one prompt gained or lost moves the client's share by several points, which is hard to explain in a report.

### How can an agency prove GEO ROI to a client?

Tie AI visibility to visits, leads and revenue, not only to a score. That means tracking human visits that come from AI answers, and linking them to the client's CRM or billing. Citeme's AI Impact does this with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Attio or Stripe. Without a CRM link, report AI referral traffic from the client's analytics alongside visibility.

### Can clients log in to see their own data?

On most tools, yes. Peec AI lists unlimited client users on its agency plans, Scrunch offers brand-level Guest access, and SE Ranking's Agency Pack includes 30 client seats. On Citeme, users are unlimited and the Reader role can view without running audits or touching keys.

### Does Citeme have an agency or reseller plan?

No. Citeme has no reseller rate, no agency discount and no white-label. Agencies use the same plans as everyone: Pro at $349 a month holds 10 client brands with unlimited users. Citeme's own team can also run an engagement for a client, quoted individually. Details are on the agencies page.
